Recipe: Apple, Pear and banana puree

I decided to give my son a treat by making a fruit puree instead of his usual vegetable ones.
It consisted of: 2 apples, 1 pear and 1 small banana, cinnamon and water. 


Method:

- peel, deseed and chop your 2 apples and pear 

- put them in a pot with a bit of water

- let them boil and simmer until soft

- the water would be reduced once the apple and pear have finished cooking,

- take a blender/Baby bullet or hand mixer and blend until smooth.

- add a pinch of cinnamon and blend again.

- in a bowl, peel your small banana and blend it until smooth

- add a table spoon of the blended apple and pear puree and mix it all together.

My son ate everything! not only did he enjoy it but it is much healthier then processed or added sugars.
